Tactful AI, the Egypt-born platform building infrastructure for agentic customer experience, has raised $1 million in a pre-Series A round to strengthen growth in Egypt, validate expansion into new EMEA markets, and accelerate R&D for agentic capabilities, scalability, and integrations.
The round was co-led by Foras AI and M Empire, with participation from deep-tech angels including Omar Gabr (Luciq co-founder), Mohamed Samir (Si-Bits founder), and Ahmed Fakhry (Infinilink co-founder), as well as the company's founders Mohamed Elmasry and Mohamed Hassan.
"The result was more than 100x growth in platform usage and a much clearer understanding of how Agentic AI can be applied effectively in production environments," said Mohamed Elmasry, Co-founder and CEO of Tactful AI.
The funding comes after a year of rapid operational growth, during which the company reports more than 100x expansion in platform usage. Tactful AI currently serves enterprise customers including Elaraby Group, Raneen, Lucky App, valU, and Bosta, spanning sectors such as retail, fintech, logistics, and consumer services.
The company has invested over $5 million in developing its proprietary AI-driven CX platform and is targeting a Series A round within the next 12 months.
