About the role

You are the first contact prospects have with Tactful.

You build pipeline through smart, tailored outbound outreach.

You hand sales-ready opportunities to our Account Executives.

What you'll own

  • Identify and engage ideal-fit prospects across Egypt, KSA and EMEA.
  • Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp.
  • Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT and MEDDICC-lite.
  • Book meetings with decision-makers in customer care, CX, digital and operations.
  • Tailor messaging and sequences for retail, e-commerce and hospitality.
  • Keep CRM data clean and current.
  • Work with marketing and sales to sharpen strategy and feedback loops.

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS or outbound sales.
  • Confident with cold outreach and objection handling.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Able to learn and explain technical products: APIs, automation, integrations.
  • A strong communicator who is organised and target-driven.

Nice to have

  • Prospecting into CX, CRM, customer support teams or AI solutions.
  • Tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist or ContactOut.
  • Experience with mid-market or enterprise buyers in GCC and EMEA.
