Sales Development Representative
Open pipeline and book quality meetings across the Middle East and Europe.
About the role
You are the first contact prospects have with Tactful.
You build pipeline through smart, tailored outbound outreach.
You hand sales-ready opportunities to our Account Executives.
What you'll own
- Identify and engage ideal-fit prospects across Egypt, KSA and EMEA.
- Run outreach across LinkedIn, email, phone and WhatsApp.
- Qualify prospects using frameworks like BANT and MEDDICC-lite.
- Book meetings with decision-makers in customer care, CX, digital and operations.
- Tailor messaging and sequences for retail, e-commerce and hospitality.
- Keep CRM data clean and current.
- Work with marketing and sales to sharpen strategy and feedback loops.
What we're looking for
- 1-3 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS or outbound sales.
- Confident with cold outreach and objection handling.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Able to learn and explain technical products: APIs, automation, integrations.
- A strong communicator who is organised and target-driven.
Nice to have
- Prospecting into CX, CRM, customer support teams or AI solutions.
- Tools like Apollo, Sales Navigator, Lemlist or ContactOut.
- Experience with mid-market or enterprise buyers in GCC and EMEA.
