What channels do you support?

Omni Engage supports Messenger, WhatsApp, Website, Email and Facebook Comments channels, providing true omnichannel communications and we offer Messenger & Website for bot supported communications.

Can I connect more than one account per channel?

You can connect each account to a single channel, for example: for every WhatsApp number you need to create a new channel. 

How long is the free trial?

You get 14 days to try Omni Engage, but it only takes few minutes to get your first channel live. 

What limitations are there in the trial?

Bot services are not available in the trial version. However you get all the features in the “Growth” plan free to try for 14 days on us.

What support do you offer?

Support levels depend on your plan, but everyone enjoys full access to our support center, and we have agents available to support you through the onboarding journey.

What is the difference between the Flow Bot and the Multilingual AI Bot?

A flow bot is an automated agent which navigates customers through a conversational flow, using a predefined menu, in the form of a series of questions or prompts to guide the customer to the desired information.

The multilingual AI bot uses natural language processing (NLP) to interpret in real time the customer's input and provides a response, closely reflecting a natural conversation between an agent and customers.

Does Omni Engage support different languages?

What is the cost of an AI Bot?

The implementation of a AI bot is based on a one-off implementation fee and on-going monthly usage fee.

The usage fee is based on the number of conversations conducted between a customer and the AI bot. A conversation is a customer-initated thread of messages on a single channel and ends when an human joining the conversation or after 24 hours of inactivity, whichever occurs first.
