What you will be doing
Being part of a new team to create a learning culture at the company.
Recommends, designs develop and implements innovative learning and development programs that support the full employment lifecycle, including onboarding, career development, wellness, succession planning & productivity development facilitated both online and in person.
Assesses needs, analyzes gaps, research best practices, and partners with Human Resources colleagues and company management to identify, develop and implement successful and innovative learning and development programs.
Continually monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of programs and makes needed adjustments.
Coordinates learning and development program activities including forming committees, scheduling, event logistics, and vendor relations.
Develops integrated talent/performance/learning reports, dashboards, and portals in support of the learning organization.
Identifies, develops, and offers training in the use of online resources and technologies to support organizational development.
Performs other related duties as assigned to support overall organization and employee development initiatives.
Assisting human resources in the technical operations of new candidates for various jobs in line with the work culture and environment.
Follow up, train and urge managers on how to make semi-annual and annual reports in line with the development and training plan.
We would love you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience: at least 3 years
- Tech background is Prefer
- Self-motivated and have a desire to build projects from scratch is the core of this role.
- Excellent English speaking & writing.
- Proficient With Excel – advanced level & power-point.
- Communicate to a variety of audiences.
- Working with diverse cultures.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
